Barracuda Media Group provides pay-per-call performance marketing services. We generate exclusive inbound calls from consumers seeking services in specific verticals and route those calls to qualified buyers under agreed-upon criteria including call duration, geographic restrictions, and vertical category.

3. Pay-Per-Call Agreements

All commercial arrangements are governed by a separate written agreement between Barracuda Media Group and the client (call buyer). Key terms include:

Calls are exclusive — each call is routed to one buyer only
Billing is based on qualified calls meeting agreed duration thresholds
Disputes must be submitted within 72 hours of the call date with supporting documentation
Clients may cap daily, weekly, or monthly call volume at any time

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this website or our services to:

Engage in fraudulent activity or misrepresent your business
Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer our campaigns, landing pages, or call routing systems
Resell calls received through Barracuda Media Group without written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including copy, design, logos, and code — is the property of 12P Ventures LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Barracuda Media Group makes no guarantees regarding specific call volume, revenue, or business results. While we operate with performance-based guarantees under individual client agreements, these Terms do not constitute a guarantee of any specific outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12P Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed amounts paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
